Fluchtpunkt (engl. Vanishing Point) is an Nemeth/Star Productions Original Writing from 2005 written by Sven Nemeth. The story covers the events of a group of survivoirs fleeing from a pandemic flu virus to the australian desert. Since 2018 the show is beeing reviewed, extended and more detailed for presentation for the public. The show is originally written in German and been first published in German, later an English translation was added. Inspired from the ABC series Lost, the story became more mystical within the second season. The show changed from "Drama of the week"- episodes to a series with a continuous thread of action.
